Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience working closely with external suppliers/partners including negotiations, RFI and RFP development, contract negotiations and contract development
Experience with standardizing specifications; rationalizing supply base, reducing consumption, and lowering total cost of ownership
Ability to manage multiple sources of efforts with competing deadlines
Experience leading formal requirement reviews to gather business requirements and develop appropriate supplier specific sourcing strategies
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to include sourcing strategy, alternatives, cost models, etc. working with Category managers and others to achieve finalization and sign-off
Ability to keep data updated in systems, and bi-weekly reporting
Ariba and Archer experience preferred
This position will assist with the volume of contracts in IT Software, Labor, Hardware or Telecom space
The sourcing initiatives are key to business initiatives aimed at successful operations of the bank and to accomplish broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and/or efficiency , improving the processes, affecting cost savings , advancing technological development , impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives, or other strategic priorities
Pay rate: $62.49/hr.
