BS degree in engineering or related technical degree w/2+ years of related semiconductor industry experience
Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field with 5+ years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing equipment experience
Troubleshooting experience with complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, chemical, optical, vacuum, RF, robotic, automation, software, and firmware systems
Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and communicate technical data
Experience coordinating equipment installations, upgrades, and facility-related activities
Proven ability to manage projects and drive improvements to completion
Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while optimally collaborating across multiple organizations
