Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision manufacturing environments utilizing all levels of FAI techniques
Experience in leading FAIs and making tough calls with confidence
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (with assistance when needed)
Standing, inspecting, and moving throughout the day
Working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
High focus—this is precision work, not guesswork
Ability to analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specs using GD&T
Experience logging NCRs and inspection results into SAP and Excel
Confident navigating inspection software, SAP/ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
Expertise with tools like micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, CMM, and optical comparators
Deep familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, FAI's and customer quality requirements
Experience leading internal/external audits, including supplier corrective actions
Experience coordinating across departments (Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality)

Over 2 years' experience with Manufacturing Assembly experience
Ability to understand work procedures, determine tooling and operation sequence, etc. in order to establish the most efficient manner of utilizing materials and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.
Ability to follow oral and written work instructions and take direction
Able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Ability to follow instructions, possess basic comprehension and reading skills.
Ability to lift up and move up to 50 lbs.
Requires repeated movements and tasks daily.
Must be comfortable to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and crouch.
