High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Over 2 years' experience with Manufacturing Assembly experience
Ability to understand work procedures, determine tooling and operation sequence, etc. in order to establish the most efficient manner of utilizing materials and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.
Ability to follow oral and written work instructions and take direction
Able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Ability to follow instructions, possess basic comprehension and reading skills.
Ability to lift up and move up to 50 lbs.
Requires repeated movements and tasks daily.
Must be comfortable to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and crouch.
Must be able to use vibrating/impact pneumatic hand tools.
Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with some overtime including Saturdays

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision manufacturing environments utilizing all levels of FAI techniques
Quality/standards: Deep familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, FAI's and customer quality requirements
Technical skills: Experience conducting First Article Inspections (FAIs) and leading corrective actions
Tools: Expertise with micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, CMM, and optical comparators
Software: Confident navigating inspection software, SAP/ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities: Lead or support internal/external audits, including supplier corrective actions
Documentation: Log NCRs and inspection results into SAP and Excel
Physical: Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (with assistance when needed)
Environment: Standing, inspecting, and moving throughout the day in a non-temperature-controlled environment
Education/credentials: Internal auditor certifications (AS9100 or ASQ CQA/CQI) are bonus points but not explicitly required
