High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues
Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines

Starting pay rate of $18/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Pack products at the end of the production line in a neat, precise, and consistent manner
Pack integrity of all products in the form of bulk lockouts, neat packs, spooling, and/or coiling
Coordination of all packing materials specified for individual lots, including poly wrap, poly bags, cartons, and spacers
Awareness of laser parameters as process control alarms
Techniques for labeling and any other label support documentation employed
Preparation of packing materials and packing area
Cleaning and maintenance of packing area and Clean Room
