Proficient use of basic metrology tools and gages, i.e. micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.
Ability to read and interpret part drawings/blueprints and quality plans/standards
Perform various quality checks at regular intervals including dimensional, appearance, and functional tests
Communicate non-conformances to the appropriate Molding technical staff for correction
Scheduling duties include the assignment of work on presses and/or work cells
Properly order, receive, identify and put away all types of purchased and manufactured components
Generate necessary documentation for scrap processing, inventory, finished goods receipts and transfer tickets
