Must have good verbal communication; patient and able to lead groups of kids as well as adults
Strong commitment to Safety
Capable of moderate physical activity including standing, walking, reaching climbing, and lifting more than 40lbs; able to visually identify safety hazards
This is a safety sensitive position that is subject to drug testing
Able to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and walk 5+ miles daily
Able to lift arms and push and pull a 10-foot pool extended to engage return system.
Able to lift arms to grab the harness and pull harness retrieval lines.
Willing to live in a remote, rural community
Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote setting
Able to walk and drive on gravel roads in inclement weather
Working long days, sometimes including 10+ hour shifts.
Must be comfortable with heights.
