Flex Team Colleagues have minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during 1st, 2nd, 3rd fiscal quarter (February - April, May - July, August - October.) During 4th Fiscal Quarter (November - January) you will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours during the quarter.
