Ability to monitor portfolio of clients and escalate uncollected accounts appropriately
Ability to interface with field, sales management and Customer Service on resolving billing disputes
Attend monthly meetings with AVP's and DOO's regarding aging performance and problem accounts
Knowledge of practices, behaviors, applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing proper business conduct

Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
Two (2) years' previous work experience in a customer service role with experience handling customer orders on an order entry system, and maintaining / building strong positive customer business relationships.
