Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3–7 years of experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, supply chain engineering, or New Product Introduction.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Experience working with contract manufacturers or supplier partners.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams.
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar.
Willingness to travel approximately 5–10 times per year.
