Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, familiar with PowerBI and Salesforce.com
Strong written and verbal communication skills: concise, accurate and precise in articulating analytical methodology, assumptions, risks, and conclusions
Support customer segmentation and targeting process, and market opportunity assessment
Participate strategic and annual operating plans by delivering insights and analysis
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities listed: self-starter, fast-paced, collaborative and high-growth environment
Experience in primary market research, strategic insights, market research, business analytics
Proven quantitative analytical skills: able to translate structured and unstructured data into quantitative analysis and strategic insights
Experience with IVD industry preferred (Medical Devices, Pharma or Biotech industries can also be considered)
Lead on market research while working closely with commercial operations to extract data and insights from internal CRMs
Update and develop product and customer segment market models
At least 4 years of leadership experience in intelligence, market research, consulting or strategy
Build and communicate monthly market intelligence reports and dashboards across the organization
