Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial roofing field.
Proven proficiency in commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
Demonstrated ability to lead and hold crews accountable while maintaining high team morale.
Absolute commitment to safety leadership and the consistent enforcement of OSHA standards.
Physical ability to work in various weather conditions all year, work at heights, lift 70+lbs, and climb ladders.
