0-3 years' experience in semiconductor fabrication/ assembly/ packaging or other manufacturing/ technical environment
Must work well in problem solving situations, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, complete tasks correctly and on time
Associates degree or equivalent 2 years experience
Basic understanding of ESD and best practice in a production environment
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$26.22 per hour D.O.E.
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Manual Dexterity - ability to use your hands in a skillful, coordinated way to grasp and manipulate fragile objects and demonstrate small, precise movements
Follow clean room protocol
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative, team environment and comply with high quality standards
This position requires the ability to access ITAR and export control items. As a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status (e.g. a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Workers granted Refugee status, or Workers granted Asylum) upon hire
Ability to shift from one task to another to address changing production priorities
Strong attention to detail
Basic English language, writing and communications skills as well basic math are required
