Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of products throughout the full SDLC
Strong proficiency in C, C++, Qt, Eclipse, and modern software engineering methodologies
Experience with Agile Scrum development environments and software lifecycle management tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Git-based workflows
Experience developing software design documentation, requirements specifications, interface documentation, and traceability artifacts
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and SysML
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and software release processes
Strong understanding of software quality assurance, configuration management, cybersecurity principles, and secure software development practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance or higher is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
