Advanced knowledge of SAP inventory processes, transactions, and data management
Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure accurate, real-time updates within SAP and related systems
Own and manage all inventory-related transactions and data integrity within SAP systems
Monitor, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, including cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliation
Maintain system accuracy for inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements
Develop, document, and enforce SAP inventory processes, procedures, and controls
Support data warehousing, reporting tools, and data architecture related to inventory management
Audit SAP transactions, inventory records, and financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy
Generate reports and dashboards on inventory levels, accuracy, trends, and KPIs
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for systemic inventory issues
Train and support operations teams on SAP usage, inventory processes, and best practices
Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed

Valid Class A CDL
Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
English language proficiency
Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
