Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience; one or more years of experience in business, IT, or compliance support is preferred.
Foundational knowledge of U.S. data privacy regulations, such as CCPA/CPRA, is preferred.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain regulatory and technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Basic project management knowledge, with experience documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
Familiarity with privacy management platforms, such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Privado, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
