BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in datacenter networking protocols (VLAN, STP, ARP, OSPF, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN) and functionalities like RDMA, RoCE, ECN, and PFC or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with switch SDKs and APIs (e.g., NVIDIA SDK, Broadcom SDK, Cisco Silicon One SDK).
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, especially under pressure.
Strong knowledge of Ethernet switch ASIC architecture (pipelines, buffers, forwarding engines, QoS, telemetry).

Hands‑on experience with traffic generators (Ixia, Spirent, TRex) and packet capture/debugging tools.
