Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related technical field (required).
3–10+ years of experience in process safety, EHS, or engineering in a PSM-covered environment.
Demonstrated experience leading PSM elements and facilitating PHAs/HAZOPs.
Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA RMP (40 CFR Part 68).
Deep understanding of process safety principles, hazard analysis methodologies, and risk assessment tools.
Familiarity with industry standards (API, NFPA, ANSI, ASME).
Strong analytical and root cause investigation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and technical writing skills.
Proficiency in PSM software tools and data systems.
Combination of office and field work in industrial/process environments.
Exposure to high-hazard operations, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
Ability to wear PPE and work in operational units as needed.

Completion of a coding program is required
