3 years hospitality or customer service experience

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
Ability to serve both internal and external customers
Must be able to sit for long periods of time with moderate amounts of walking and standing
Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely
Must be able to reach and twist routinely
Must have the ability to independently lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to manage projects in a timely and efficient manner

Must have CWI Certification
Monitor and record welding parameters to insure compliance to approved WPS
Perform Dimensional checks on lay downs and shop assemblies
Shift hours are Friday through Sunday 5am to 5pm.
Perform layout checks as needed
Reading and understanding the Welding code and Specifications
Be able to communicate effectively with crews, supervisors, and Quality Manager the results of your work, evaluate problems, proposed acceptable corrections, solutions, and schedules
Develop improvements in the quality control process to facilitate flow of work through shop
Coordinate between Production and DOT Inspectors to ensure DOT witnessing of production operations and QC hold points are being completed
Identify and interpret Specifications and applicable Codes
Perform visual inspection of material as required
3rd shift availability
Perform rotational capacity tests on bolts prior to use in shop
Monitor welder qualification tests
Be able to read and understand the Welding code and Specifications
