High school diploma (or GED equivalent), technical school, or trade school graduate, or equivalent apprenticeship. Formal training in stationary engineering is required.

Be qualified/certified as an HVACR mechanic in a CONUS jurisdiction.
Including two (2) years or more in a supervisory role
Must possess a Universal CFC refrigerant handling license
Required clearances are site-driven.
Thorough knowledge of refrigeration and HVACR systems, ability to read blueprints, and perform material take-offs.
The position requires standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.
At least eight (8) years of experience in the HVACR trades
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Must possess a SECRET security clearance at the start of the contract and obtain the appropriate clearance within eight (8) months of contract award.
The role involves working in various settings, including mechanical rooms, outdoors, and customer facilities. The environment may be noisy, hot, or cold, depending on the system location.
A record of safe operations and working knowledge of safety standards for mechanical systems, including building and safety codes.
