Perform the same task repeatedly.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Requires daily face-to-face interaction and communication with employees on the production line and management.
