3–6 years of experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
Experience using inspection tools such as CMM, micrometers, and calipers
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team-oriented production environment
Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections in a manufacturing setting
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T; specifications to validate product requirements
Perform in-process and final inspections, including first article and first piece approvals to ensure product quality
