Experience with sheet metal design, weldments, and fabricated assemblies.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communications skills.
Ability to design sand cast and investment cast parts.
Ability to design castings, weldments, and precision machined parts and assemblies.
Experience designing with GD&T.;
Possess a general knowledge of component fitments as well as GD&T;
Proficient with 3D modeling software
Ability to use ERP system
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to translate concepts into buildable models and designs.
Ability to develop detailed drawings and bills of materials for parts and assemblies.
Superior ability to produce creative solutions in a fast paced, cross functional, multi-tasking environment.
May be exposed to various workplace hazards, including chemicals, machinery, and noise.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds or over 20 pounds with assistance.
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
