4–7 years of professional architectural experience
Physical Requirements: Ability to visit active construction sites, including walking uneven surfaces and climbing stairs
Working knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and permitting processes
Retail project experience preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Strong commercial architecture background required
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Active California Architectural License (RA) required
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Residential or mixed-use project experience a plus
