1 - 4 years of demonstrated experience in the field of civil or environmental engineering or similar
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or similar
Proficiency with AutoCAD is required
Must be able to speak & hear detailed information through oral communication
Must be able to see clearly and recognize small details
Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements
Strong commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field
A demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
Be dependable (regular attendance required)
Collaborative skills with a strong work ethic
Ability to work extended hours when needed
Scheduling: The standard work week is between 40 and 45 hours, unless otherwise approved by your supervisor; Weekend and evening hours may be required; Non-core hours will be communicated in advance when possible
Physical presence in the office is required unless otherwise approved by a supervisor
Willingness to travel to project sites as required, occasionally work out-of-town, if necessary, in all seasonal weather conditions
