3+ years of Loss Mitigation and Mortgage Collections experience
Strong knowledge of investor guidelines including FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC
Experience with collections, loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, bankruptcy procedures, and Fair Debt Collection regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $25 - $27/hour
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
100% remote position
