Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), or OSHA Training credentials is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in workers' compensation administration and/or occupational safety, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or nursing home settings.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws, and best practices in workplace safety.
Experience managing claims, safety programs, and return-to-work initiatives.
