Must participate in on-call program and may be required to work additional hours on off shift due to on-call program

The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The work environment is often noisy and hearing protection is required.

Able to familiarize yourself with our CMMS system and log labor/parts according to established expectations
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
2 years minimum experience as a maintenance mechanic in metal manufacturing environment
The employee will be working near and/or with high-speed automated equipment. This may cause risk of injury if safety procedures are not followed.

Proven experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related experience is required Broad knowledge of residential construction and mechanical systems and ability to perform general residential maintenance work and repairs in the following: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor) and appliances
