General Educational Diploma (GED) or High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
Quality Manufacturing setting experience
Experience using problem solving skills
Experience working with customers
Experience supervising and leading employees
Experience working with computers
Has a good working knowledge and understanding of the design of experiments
Has a working knowledge of blueprints and Geometric, Dimension, and Tolerance (GD&T;)
Competent in Statistical Process Control (SPC), control limits, and capabilities
Able to develop, write, implement, and explain processes and procedures to other employees
Knowledge of measuring equipment (Comparator, Height Gage, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Calipers, Micrometers, etc.)
Flexibility to have a variable schedule and/or overtime as needed
Ability to participate in customer visits at their facility and ours as needed
Ability to respond to customer needs and requests promptly
Able to lead and participate in group problem solving, corrective actions, verification, and follow up
Able to disposition suspect non-conforming parts
Able to perform the responsibilities of a Customer Quality Technician when necessary
Proficient in writing and communicating and presenting information in an organized and professional manner
