- After hardening is done, check handle alignment and straighten if needed.
- Check joint tensions and adjust as needed.
- Weigh gage as needed.
- Check handle spread and gage as needed.
- Check nose gap and gage as needed.
- Rope cut pliers following standard procedures.
- Re-file as needed.
- Needle Nose pliers must have the nose adjusted to meet Quality standards.
- Cell operators will be required to learn all of the jobs that are performed within the work cell.
- Complete appropriate paperwork and maintain 5S requirements.
