Count and verify the correct quantity per box
1st Shift: $17.50/hour
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
Inspect products to ensure they meet visual quality specifications
Packer
2nd Shift: $18.00/hour
Maintain a clean and organized work area
3rd Shift: $18.50/hour
Assemble boxes and prepare them for shipment
Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards
Repack products when necessary to maintain quality standards
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required
Assist team members and provide coverage for breaks or lunches as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Communicate with machine operators and supervisors regarding product quality or machine conditions
Complete required production documentation
Pack finished plastic products according to order requirements

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers (fractions, tenths, hundredths, and thousandths of an inch)
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and specification sheets
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar manufacturing or coil winding position with basic electronics knowledge
