Manage optical inventory, including receiving, tracking, and merchandising frames
Comfort with technology and ability to learn optical systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in optical sales or as an optician
Provide eyewear dispensing, fittings, and adjustments for optimal comfort and vision
Perform lens verification and neutralization using a lensometer
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area
Support contact lens sales and patient education
Ability to build trust and guide patients through purchasing decisions
Strong customer service and patient interaction skills
Experience with EMR or point-of-sale systems
Education/Experience: Experience in optical sales or as an optician
