3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment
Prior experience with casting related processes
The ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and other customer requirements
Must be able to pass an aptitude test as part of the hiring process
Must be capable of maneuvering in tight and confined spaces
Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs
Physical tasks include lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, pulling, pushing, and stretching
