Diesel Engine Mechanic and/or Heavy Vehicle Assembly experience required.
5 or more years of experience in prototype component assembly and vehicle assembly.
Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, magnetic drills, grinders, etc.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, specifications sketches, job orders, planning documents and engineering drawings.
Ability to perform assembly tasks from design drawing and written or verbal work instruction.
High School Diploma or GED
Certifications such as ASEC Mechanic License, CDL, fork truck operation, crane operation preferred.
Welding certification is a plus.
Higher Education Degree is a plus.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing.
Must be able to become certified to wear a respirator occasionally.
