Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in assembly or packaging operations
Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills required
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
Follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to meet established production rates
Willingness to work scheduled overtime as needed
Print labels and complete all required documentation accurately
Follow all clean room gowning requirements, including proper use of PPE
Perform assembly, labeling, and packaging of sterile and non-sterile medical products and sub-assemblies
Inspect work for accuracy and proper assembly; may use a microscope to ensure specifications are met
Set up and operate packaging equipment
Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
