5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on machinery and equipment, tools and automation.
3+ years manufacturing execution launch experience
Understanding of machinery and equipment and tool design, and/or automation processing.
Deep understanding of general assembly processes and automation integration.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to define and document manufacturing requirements, processes, and automation enablers

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and CAD models.
Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and visual inspection.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
