Ability to read, interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications
Utilize inspection gauges, tools and electronic test equipment
High School diploma or equivalent
Be able to work under a microscope

Mitutoyo experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Ability to measure components using calipers, height gauges, flat tables, and other small precision tools
Operate CMM equipment (Mitutoyo preferred) using the latest software
Strong attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good manual dexterity and ability to work safely in a production environment
CMM experience required
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
