Knowledge of vacuum systems, vacuum components, helium leak testing, and the use and handling of compressed gases
Tech school certificate or assembly experience within a technology manufacturing environment
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit (sometimes for extended periods); use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, and see
Above average math skills, as well as the ability to measure and calculate precisely
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer understanding and proficiency, including MS Office, and the ability to learn additional tools

Read and understand drawings with complex configurations, work instructions and test procedures.
Set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
Understand standard units of measure.
Effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporaries.
Take shared responsibility for Quality.
Sit, stand, reach, bend, sometimes lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds without assistance.
Actively participate in problem solving & continuous improvement efforts.
