High School Diploma or GED with a minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly; OR an Associate's degree in Electronics with no prior experience required.
Proficiency in the use of soldering equipment such as hand irons, bottom burners, and hot air stations.
Familiar with the use of multi-meters and basic hand tools.
Comfortable reading wiring diagrams or simple circuit drawings.
