Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong computer literacy, including data entry and document management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line systems
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Experience with calendar management and office supply oversight
Familiarity with Coupa software is a plus
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office
Handle email and phone correspondence with clear communication and timely follow-up
Assist with purchasing activities using Coupa software as needed
Support general office management duties including supply inventory and document proofreading
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
Maintain organization of files, documents, and office supplies
Assist with personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements and special projects
Support the Office Manager with outbound shipping, event planning, and administrative activities
