High school diploma or GED
Required Experience: No experience required. We can train candidates with essential knowledge and skills.
1st shift hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Mon - Fri
Must be able to perform RF test operations on electronic components and subassemblies
Must be able to use voltmeters, scales, holding fixtures, bench tools, automated and manual soldering equipment and special fixtures
Must be able to read, interpret and follow detailed test procedures and assembly drawings
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions from process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supervisor
Must be quality oriented and know when to seek help
Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects
Requires basic mechanical and good soldering skills
Ability to maneuver tiny objects such as screws, wires, etc
May require limited soldering skills under magnification
Education: High school diploma or GED

Record fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation
Track and reconcile inventory, including monthly count adjustments
Manage fleet-related items such as titles, registrations, and toll accounts (Colorado and Texas)
Act as the primary accounting contact for fleet and warehouse teams
Support general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and audit assistance
Assist with developing and improving processes as the company grows
