Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old

The role includes assisting individuals with mobility, lifting and supporting daily activities
Engage in physical activities with the residence
To perform the essential functions of this job, the candidate is routinely required to sit (25%of the time) and stand (75% of the time)
Ability to perform data entry into various computer programs as needed
Ability to lift 25 pounds to assist Individual and to manager stairs in walk-up buildings as needed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Bilingual a plus
Ability to travel to visit individual in apartments or to escort Individual in the community
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience with similar population in a residential setting is preferred
Ability to reach paper and electronic documents
Travel in the community with Individual utilizing agency vehicle
Capable of lifting and/or assisting in lifting individuals who may have limited mobility or require assistance with transfer
A driver's License is preferred to meet all insurance requirements
