Minimum 2 years of experience in international air/ocean import/export freight forwarding.
Knowledge of air export documentation and international shipping procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Coordinate and manage international air export shipments from booking through final delivery.
Prepare and review shipping documents including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, AES filings, and other export documentation.
Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas agents.
Communicate with customers, overseas offices, airlines, trucking companies, and vendors regarding shipment status.
Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers.
Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. export regulations and customer requirements.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with trucking companies.
Resolve shipment issues and provide proactive solutions.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update operating systems.
Work closely with the sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth shipment processing and customer satisfaction.
