Editorial Support
Coordinate with editors to receive invoice approvals for line items, generate monthly summaries.

Lead the creation and maintenance of monthly editorial calendars that guide US teams and inform global editorial strategy.
Maintain resourcing tab: track stories by DRI and design DRI for fast track and bundle.
Organize and update Fast Track trackers, confirming run dates and story status are accurate.
Facilitate the maintenance of all US editorial content ensuring ongoing support for recommendable efforts.
Create all Quip templates and story EIs, plus build app and game collection EIs.
Attend fast track pitch meetings to discuss potential upcoming Fast Track stories
