Organize flowers into correct bunch counts and required varieties.
Up to 12 hours shifts available and working 6 to 7 days a week will be offered
Secure bouquets with ties, rubber bands, or floral tape and complete wrapping, labeling, and packaging.
Prep stems by cleaning, trimming, de‑leafing, cutting to length, and removing thorns.
Second shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency; report damaged products or equipment issues.
Inspect flowers for defects, wilting, or damage and remove unusable stems.
Select and pull flowers according to bouquet recipes, sorting by type, size, color, and quality.
Maintain clean, safe work areas, follow safety procedures, and meet daily production quotas.
Assemble bouquets following design templates, customer specs, and style guidelines.

Good visual perception and ability to distinguish between colors.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance is required.
Typical requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three or more years experience.
Must be customer focused and possess:
Knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the position.
The ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawing and wire lists.
