Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment.
SF-85 background check is adjudicated by the Department of Homeland Security.
Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations
Availability to work a non-traditional schedule (i.e. weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)
1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).
Proficiency in using technology daily in your work

8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience (insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, patient access, etc.)
Strong reimbursement knowledge with Buy & Bill products and/or Specialty Pharmacy
Experience working directly with hospitals, health systems, physician offices, or clinics (highly preferred)
Medicare and Commercial insurance expertise, including benefit investigations and coverage processes
Field-based experience with territory management, provider relationship building, and customer-facing interactions
Ability to travel up to 80% (4 days per week, including overnight travel)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
Residency in the territory (Dallas preferred, Austin secondary)
