Must be proficient with computers and able to use MS Office applications, Google Chrome, as well as telephones and other office equipment
Must be able to operate POS system and other related computer programs in an efficient manner to ensure quick customer transactions
Knowledge of golf and golf related terminology
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, departmental officials, and the general public, both in person and over the phone
Ability to operate a golf cart and driving range picker unit and utility vehicles
Ability to see small items on a computer and distance acuity to monitor pro-shop, operate a golf cart or utility vehicle
Strong public and employee relations skills, and ability to maintain a positive, friendly, and professional environment at all times
Availability for at least one weekend day per week and some holidays
