At least 1 year of hands-on trade, construction, labor, maintenance, or related field experience preferred
Basic knowledge of tools, measuring, and safe jobsite practices
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. individually and assist with heavier team lifts
Comfortable with physical work, including bending, carrying, climbing, and working in tight spaces
Comfortable working in residential customer homes
Reliable transportation to the Simi Valley shop
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to take direction

Must have 1–2 years of Inventory/Shipping experience, preferably in post-production environment.
Familiarity Windows operating systems are required.
Must be familiar with Google Docs and Word and a basic understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Must have a professional attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with co-workers.
Strong organization, communication (verbal and written), and computer skills.
Superior attention to detail and must be very patient.
Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds in weight unaided.
Must be able to take and follow directions from department supervisor.
