This position has the responsibility for maintaining frequent and regular updates to the Kansas Chamber's database- MCTrade to reflect current membership information
Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
A minimum of 5 years' experience of successful sales and/or marketing experience in intangible services to business owners or executives
Demonstrates sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns, especially in regard to any adverse feedback from new or existing members
Excellent interpersonal skills including sales and customer relation's skills
Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Political Science or other closely related field
Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Implement new database procedures to maximize the database and works in conjunction with the Chamber's Vice President of Operations and the President & CEO to assure a timely month-end close
