Bachelor's degree in an engineering, physics, or computer science discipline.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems using diagnostic tools and lead structured root cause analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong skills in integrating sensors and performing risk assessments in accordance with safety standards such as ISO 13849 or ANSI B11.

Experience reading detailed Engineering Assembly drawings
Ability to perform assembly work to a high degree of quality and workmanship
Using hand tools such as a Screwdriver, Wrenches, Pliers, etc.
Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment of electro-mechanical assemblies
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Using basic machinery such as a Drill press, grinder, arbor press
Ability to remain focused on tasks while remaining aware of deadlines
